Follow Process Diligently

We, at Rocky Mountain Custom Coating, religiously follow the process of powder coating. We first remove all previous coating and rust by sandblasting the object. It is then baked in the oven to help remove any oils or waxes embedded into the metal. After this, the surface of the object is then prepped for powder application. At this point, the object is grounded and powder is applied. Finally, we bake the coating into the metal surface.
